Thursday was Nate's mom's birthday. We celebrated with a french toast breakfast cake and ice skating! This was the girls' first time and they were awesome! As soon as Kezia laced up her skates, she was jumping around and spinning on the rubber floor. She tried out the trainer walkers for a bit and then wanted to go on her own. Ivy was all over the ice at first, but got better and better, and you can tell by the smiles that we all had a great time.

And then Kezia decided she was ready to take it on herself:
Elysse spent the time picking the locks on the lockers.

Nate and his siblings and our families gave Kay a necklace with 3 rings representing our families.

And besides some colorful pictures, the girls treated Grandma to a back massage...I think I need to schedule them for June 29th...

I've never SEEN iceskating WAlkers! That's awesome (and it looks like it saved Kezia's life a few times...or could have severly injured her had she not caught her self)...What fun your fam has!
